Cvent Integration Hub

Cvent Entities


Below is the list of Cvent entities that you could consider integrating with:

  • Contact – An entry in the Cvent address book. An account-level record for a person that exists across all events. One contact can be related to multiple invitee/registration records. Here is the list of fields on this entity.
  • Event – An entity containing details such as location, start and end times, etc. Parent object of invitees/registrations. Here is the list of fields on this entity.
  • Session – A specific activity within an event. For example, a breakfast or breakout activity. Here is the list of fields on this entity.
  • Invitee – An event-level record for someone who has been invited to register for the event. Includes individuals on the waitlist. Here is the list of fields on this entity.
  • Registration – Someone who has registered or previously registered for an event. Includes those who have registered and later cancelled their registration. Refers to the individual who will be attending the event. Here is the list of fields on this entity.
  • Guest – A secondary record of the registration. A child entity of the primary registrant. Created via Cvent’s “Guest Registration” feature. Here is the list of fields on this entity.
  • Transaction – A payment or refund made for a registrant. Includes information such as payment method, name on card, etc. Only created when a transfer of funds is logged. Here is the list of fields on this entity.
  • Speaker – An event resource who is associated to an event or session records. They may or may not be a registrant, however, their speaker record is not tied to the registration record. Here is the list of fields on this entity.
