Sync Past Date Until Now

You can sync the data from a past date and time in case the data got missed or the App wasn’t configured. To do so:

  1. Go to Cvent Admin and navigate to the Configuration tab.

  2. Under the Data Refresh Frequency heading, you’ll see sync settings for Events, Attendees, and Survey Respondents (in case of surveys integration is enabled).

  3. Click on the Sync data from a past date to now link in the corresponding section and specify the date and time.
