This article explains how to configure field mappings of the integration so that data from your data file populates the correct Cvent fields. You should have the data file for reference as you perform the configuration.

The integration supports populating data in Standard Open-Text Event Fields, Requester Fields, Stakeholder Fields, RFP Fields, and Custom Event Fields. The integration doesn’t support Question fields.
- Navigate to Admin > Integrations > Custom Integrations. Select your Custom integration from the menu and click Edit.


- Navigate to the Field Mappings tab. To add new field mappings, click Add.

- Fill in the External Field by copying one column header from the data file and adding it. Click the […] icon to select the Cvent field to map the data. Repeat for all the fields you’d like to map.

- Select the Source Fields by checking the Source Field box. The Source Field allows the requester to type into the Meeting Request Form and retrieve other values from the data file.

- Click Save.
