Cvent Salesforce App
The Cvent Salesforce App provides insight into your events managed in Cvent, as well as bi-directional access to events, such as allowing your team to add attendees to your organization’s events directly from Salesforce. In the App, users can see all the Cvent events scheduled for their organization, along with event-related activities for their contacts and leads, such as registration, attendance, and feedback. The App provides automated workflows for managing Salesforce campaign members, tasks, and opportunities and stores event and attendee data in objects accessible to native Salesforce tools, like Flows.

System Requirements
The Cvent Salesforce App supports the following Salesforce editions:
- Developer
- Unlimited
- Enterprise
- Professional (Restricted features are supported in the Professional edition due to Salesforce limitations.)
For most of the features, both Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic user interfaces are supported.
User Requirements
A Salesforce System Administrator user should install and set up the App. Once your Salesforce System Admin sets up the App, they can delegate the App management to another user through the App’s permission sets. If a Salesforce System Administrator doesn’t configure the App, certain features and capabilities may be missing, or the App may not function as intended.
A Cvent user with Administrator privileges or Integrations Permissions can configure all settings in Cvent. Salesforce System Administrators needing credentials for the Cvent platform should connect with their Cvent Administrator.
