This article explains how to configure your field sets. Field sets describe what other fields in a form get filled when a particular source field populates by the user. You should have the data file for reference as you perform the configuration.
- Navigate to Admin > Integrations > Custom Integrations. Select your Dynamic Field Integration from the menu and click Edit.

- Navigate to the Dynamic Field Set tab.

- Click Create Dynamic Field Set.

- Fill in the request details.
Under Basic Information, input: a. Name: a name identifying the set of validations. For example, “Requester Details Validation” b. Active: controls whether the dynamic field set is on. Select Yes. c. Source Field/Question: select the Source Field that controls this dynamic field set. Fields associated with this dynamic field set populate based on the value the user provides. d. Validation Message: enter a message to display to the user when they provide an invalid value in the source field. For example, if they enter an email not present in the data file. e. Use this answer to populate another field: select Yes to have this answer populate other fields. Select No if you’d just like this field to be validated.

If you selected “this dynamic fieldset should populate another field” under Dynamic Fields:
Click Add Field. Select a field that auto-populates based on the source field’s value. Repeat for each field that should be auto-populated.

- Click Save.
You can now configure the Dynamic Field Set in your meeting request forms. The Configuring Meeting Request Form section outlines these steps.
