Developer DocumentationSingle Sign-OnTroubleshooting Single Sign-On

This article helps you find troubleshooting information about configuring Single Sign-On with Cvent products.

Generating A HAR File

When troubleshooting single sign-on issues, Cvent may need more detail about your browser’s network traffic. In these cases, Cvent support requests an HTTP Archive (HAR) file. This page contains instructions for generating an HTTP Archive (HAR) file using different browsers.

HAR files contain sensitive data, including the content of the pages you viewed and your browsers cookies. Be careful with how you share the file and follow your organization’s security best practices.

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Look in the top-right of the browser and click the three stacked dots button (also called a kebab menu). From this opened menu, select More Tools > Developer Tools.
